kappiton.com owns this website and, unless otherwise expressly stated, all of its content, which is protected by national and international intellectual property laws.
By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions governing its use, as set out below.
Customers and Users must comply with these General Terms and Conditions and, in particular, agree to:
- Not upload, store, or distribute through the website any defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content, or any content that violates public order or applicable law.
- Keep their website password confidential and prevent third parties from accessing their kappiton.com account.
- Not use false identities.
- Provide accurate personal information and delivery addresses so that kappiton.com can properly process orders.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to kappiton.com and agree to promptly update any changes to their account information.
kappiton.com shall not be liable for any delay or inability to process an order, including delivery delays, resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
The personal data collected through this website is used for order processing, customer communication, responding to inquiries and complaints, statistical analysis, and direct marketing purposes.
kappiton.com guarantees the confidentiality of all customer data provided. Although appropriate technical measures are implemented to protect personal information, data transmitted over the internet may not be completely secure, and unauthorized third parties may gain access.
All Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of their personal data. These rights may be exercised at any time by contacting kappiton.com.
The Customer expressly authorizes kappiton.com to send information about products and services that may be of interest via email, SMS, or other automated communication methods. kappiton.com does not sell or share its customer database with third parties.
Submitting a purchase order constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The records maintained by kappiton.com shall serve as proof of the transactions carried out between the company and the Customer. The electronic contract generated by the transaction will be archived and made accessible.
Once a purchase has been completed, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If any information is incorrect, the Customer should immediately request its correction or cancellation.
kappiton.com only processes orders after payment has been confirmed and cannot guarantee product availability until order processing has begun. The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page or may be requested through Customer Support.
The estimated shipping time does not include the transit time required for delivery to the destination.
Orders are shipped on business days only or, by prior agreement, on Saturdays. Weekends and public holidays are not included when estimating delivery times.
Defective or Faulty Products
If a product is defective, the Customer should contact Customer Support as soon as possible to receive instructions regarding a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
For mattresses, any defects must be reported within 20 days of delivery, and the mattress must show no signs of use.
Return, Exchange, or Repair Procedure
Customers must:
- Contact Customer Support by email at info@kappiton.com or by phone at +351 255 094 929.
- Provide the order number, name, contact information, and reason for the request.
- Wait for instructions regarding product collection.
- Return the product within a maximum of 20 days after submitting the request.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it is in perfect condition, a refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever technically possible.
Refunds will be completed within a maximum of 14 business days after receipt of the returned product.
100-Night Trial
Kappiton mattresses include a 100-night trial period. If the Customer is not satisfied or does not adapt to the mattress, they may request a free pickup and receive a full refund.
The trial period begins on the date the mattress is delivered.
Governing Law
All purchases made through this website are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
kappiton.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided such changes comply with applicable law and without prior notice.
Warranty
All products sold by kappiton.com are covered by the statutory three-year warranty from the date of delivery, upon presentation of the purchase invoice.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or incorrect application by the Customer.
